Tiny Outdoor Explorers (TOEs) provides:

Weekly Forest School sessions for 2-5 year olds

Monthly Outdoor Learning workshops for families home educating

Outdoor Birthday Parties

Explore and discover nature together, through environmental games, story & nature trails, crafts, mud play and campfire cooking. Hands on experience at TOEs helps build children's enjoyment and confidence in exploring the outdoors, respect and understanding of living things.

 

Join Lisa (qualified Forest School Practitioner & experienced Environmental Educator) to discover nature and enjoy the outdoors, throughout the seasons – splashing in puddles and getting muddy is all part of the fun!

 

Tiny Outdoor Explorers has run weekly Forest School sessions for 2-5 year olds and their families since 2013, building a connection with nature and creating memories.

Summer Seasonal Circle, 
Saturday 11th July
2:00 - 4:30pm

An afternoon aimed at parents, carers & friends, providing the opportunity to relax and reflect in nature.

Enjoy craft activities, discover seasonal tree folklore and converse with other parents & carers, outdoors under the woodland canopy at TCV Hollybush.

 

During the afternoon there will be the opportunity to:
Create with Happa Zome
Make a callendula salve & lavendar bath soak
Discover Elder and Oak folklore.

Hot drinks, cake and biscuits will be available.

£30 + booking fee​​

Animal Superpowers

Discover the hidden superpowers of nature on our doorstep, to rival many comic book superheroes!

  • Solve the puzzle trail

  • create your own superhero minibeast with clay

  • mix nature power potions

  • create a nature wrist shield.

  • mud play, minibeasts and more.

Thursday 27th August
All Together Now...

 

Discover some of the funny group names for our native wildlife - will you find 'a mischief of Magpies' or a 'scurry of squirrels'?

  • Solve the puzzle trail

  • design a butterfly suncatcher

  • create a peg grasshopper

  • giant bubbles

  • mud play, minibeasts and more.

​These events are open 10:30am - 3:00pm. Arrive at a time that suits you, stay as long or as little as you like. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult.​​​​​​​​​
